What happens to my students' data?

Do I need district approval to use this?
That's your district's call, and every policy is different. What we can tell you: there are no student accounts to create and no personal data leaves your classroom — which removes the concerns most technology policies are written around. Why isn't there a Math or Science tutor?
Because we're not ready to do them well. Multi-step, visually represented problem solving is still an area where today's AI makes mistakes — and a tutor that's confidently wrong is worse than no tutor. We'd rather cover four subjects with content we can stand behind than six we can't.
Is the free tier actually free?
Yes — unlimited use, permanently, for teachers and students. No trial clock and no locked features at the tutor level. Schools pay only when they want school-level tools: coursework upload, analytics, safety alerting, and scheduling controls.
